Four tech firms have partnered to launch an e-Commerce platform MyShoppey
Online financial services platform Paga; courier company ACE; digital marketing company Anozim, and digital development firm Cousant have all partnered to birth MyShoppey, an e-commerce platform.
According to TechCabal, MyShoppey looks to become the Shopify of Africa by providing retailers and merchants with a turn-key solution from digital storefronts to logistics, with extra features including payment integration, one-click delivery, financial reports, and unlimited products.
Cousant founder, Tolu Adelowo said, “As Nigeria’s internet penetration continues to deepen, and its emerging class rises, more and more businesses are springing up, and selling products online. MyShoppey saves those businesses their digital and logistics worries while they simply focus on their products”.
One sorting out a one-time fee of NGN199,000, retailers can easily setup their digital storefront, complete with all the extra features to enhance sales.
MyShoppey will however have to face competition with other players such as Shopistry and Storefront in the bustling Nigerian e-commerce space.
