The Chairman of the Planning Committee for the Lagos Housing Fair (LHF), Mrs. Abiola Williams, is revealing details about the upcoming event.

“Organisations that will exhibit their products are those that are already manufacturing local building products," she said.

In his interview, the Vice Chairman of the Committee, Mr. Moses Ogunleye, stressed the need for more local building materials.

“There is a need to focus attention on local content in the provision of housing, particularly now that the emphasis of the government is on the diversification of the economy,” he stated.

The 15th LHF is set to open on April 25, 2016.
