The National Industrial Court, Abuja, has fixed Dec.7 for hearing in a case of alleged unpaid entitlements filed by one Amechi Ighodalo Mark- Ojie, against the Abuja Electricity Distribution Company Plc.

Ighodalo Mark- Ojie’s appointment was allegedly terminated by the respondent in 2016.
She dragged the respondent to court seeking payment of her accrued salaries and entitlements.
The claimant is also praying the court to compel the respondent to pay her outstanding entitlements as well as compensation for breach of contract.
At the resumed hearing on Thursday, counsel to the claimant, Mr Mmuoka Jude, told the court that he has an application seeking leave of court to amend the claimant’s prayers.

The court granted his prayers since it was not opposed by the respondent’s counsel, Mr James Odeiba.
The Judge, Justice Edith Agbakoba, by consent of parties fixed Dec.7 for hearing of the application.
