In a recent interview with Wendy Williams, actor Ice Cube spoke on the much talked about "Straight Outta Compton"snub.

According to him, he expected more nominations, but he isn't pissed or surprised.

"I'm not pissed. I'm not surprised. It's the Oscars, they do what they do. The people love the movie, the people supported the movie. Number one at the box office, over $200 million, I can't be mad, he said.

The movie crossed $200 million at the box office to become the highest grossing movie from an African-American director.

'Directed by the biopic of Los Angeles rap group N.W.A. had a budget of $29 million.
