Samuel Kalu came on for Dilrosun in the 83rd minute while Simon Moses lasted 90 minutes in Bordeaux's 1-1 draw at with Nantes. In the Dutch league, Maduka Okoye was in goal for Sparta Rotterdam in their 1-1 draw with FC Groningen. The Super Eagles goalkeeper got a yellow card in the game.

Ahmed Musa was replaced by Fabio Borini in the 64th minute as Fatih Karagumruk got a vital 1-0 away win at Altay. In Belgium, Paul Onuachu failed to increase his goals tally for Genk as they lost 2-0 to Sporting Chaleroi. It was an evening to forget for the Super Eagles striker as he missed an 81st minute penalty. Ike Ugbo replaced Mark McKenzie in the 82nd minute but he could not rescue Genk from defeat.

Super Eagles winger, Chidera Ejuke scored the winning goal for CSKA Moscow in their away game against Ural. The Super Eagles striker got his goal in the 51st minute. In Greece, Henry Onyekuru was replaced by Yann M'Vila in the 46th minute as Olympiacos beat PAS Giannina 2-1 away from home 

Super Falcons forward, Anam Imo scored her 5th goal of the season as Pitea lost 2-3 to Rosengard. The former Falconets striker scored in the 18th minute.
