Justice Dimgba had, on Tuesday, June 7, ordered that Roberts be remanded at the Kuje prison pending the determination of his bail application.

The Federal High Court in Abuja has granted bail to the tune of N500 million to former president,

The judgment was given by presiding judge, Justice Nnamdi Dimgba on Wednesday, June 8, 2016.
The couple will also be required to provide two sureties with landed property in Abuja.
Roberts and his wife are facing charges of contract fraud to the tune of $40 million.
