Frank Lampard Quits England National Team

Former Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard has called it quits with the national team after 106 appearances, scoring 29 international goals

The 36 year-old who left Chelsea for MLS side Ne York City is currently on loan at Manchester City

Lampard said in a statement released by his management company.

Lampard's career with the national team spanned a total of 15 years, he played his last England game against Costa Rica at the 2014 World Cup, that game was also Steven Gerrard's last game for the Three Lions.
