Real Madrid forward Gareth Bale was snubbed by his teammate Toni Kroos when he tried to high-five him

Gareth Bale was yesterday snubbed by his teammate, Toni Kroos with the whole world watching.

The forward was on the bench in the Audi Cup game between Real Madrid and host Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena when he attempted to give Kroos a high-five after he was substituted in the 72nd minute only for the German international to ignore him.

The Welsh star however made light of the situation on Twitter sharing a photo of himself and Kroos highfiving on their flight back home.

"Left me hanging for a while," Bale wrote alongside the photo with Kroos sharing the same image writing: "This looks better my friend."

Bayern defeated Real Madrid by a late.
