Two dismissed staff call on Buhari to order their reinstatement

Two officers of the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) in Benin, Edo State, have appealed to the President-elect, Muhammadu Buhari to intervene in their case after he assumes office on May 29.

The Court of Appeal sitting in Benin has ordered the reinstatetement of the two officers, Abiodun Imonikhe and Akpan Asuquo, to their former positions nine years ago, but the Commmission did not comply to the court directive.
The court ordered the Commission to reinstate them and pay their salaries and allowances
The two wrote an open letter to Buhari through their Monday Agienoji, calling on him to drect the FRSC management to comply with the judgment of the apellate court.
