Man fires petition to EFCC in style

One man is surely not happy with somebody and probably lacking the means of communicating to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), he decided to do it in a unique way.

He wrote his grievance on a board, pinned it to his wheelchair and has been going round the streets of Kano, for all to see, hoping his message will get to the appropriate authority.
