The richest fight in boxing history,
With both boxers now retired, Pacquiao's former promoter Arum, believes the fight could happen one last time.
"I would say there is a possibility a rematch happens, yes," he told .
"How big a possibility that is, I can't really measure."
Talks about a possible rematch merged following Mayweather’s comments about a come-back.
"I'm happy to be where I'm at," the retired boxer told Showtime.
"Everyone is asking, asking me, 'Is Floyd Mayweather coming back?’ Right now, I'm happy on this side, but I've been talking with CBS and Showtime and you just never know. As of right now, you know, some crazy numbers have been thrown my way, upwards of, of course, nine figures.
"I'm truly blessed, way beyond belief. I don't know what we're going to do, but right now, I'm happy being on this side helping fighters. If I came back, of course, it would have to be a nine-figure payday and probably a championship fight.”
Pacquiao however reiterated his plans to retire from boxingafter winning his last fight which was against Timothy Bradley in April 2016.
"Yes, as of now I am retired," Pacquiao said.
"I am going to go home and think about it, but I want to be with my family. I want to serve the people [of the Philippines].
"I have a commitment to my family that I am going to retire after this, but I don't know. Maybe I will enjoy being a retired man and helping the people."
