Fire guts Ebute Metta water settlement

The Ebute Metta water settlement on 3rd Main bridge has been gutted by fire, multiple reports confirmed.

Details are still sketchy as to what caused the fire, which is currently burning, but reports said residents are scampering to safety - with no fire service in sight at the time of filing this report.

Similarly, goods worth millions of naira were lost in a fire disaster today, November 3, at popular Lekki retail store, 'Prince Ebeano Supermarket.'

No lives were lost in the accident but a labourer at the supermarket, Emmanuel Peters, sustained severe injuries.
