After two months unmoved on the FIFA Ranking at 66, the Super Eagles of Nigeria have a slight upward movement in the February ranking.

In the ranking released on Thursday, Nigeria rank at number 63rd country in world football with three points from the whole of January.

They are now the 12th best side in Africa.

Cote d’Ivoire remain the number one country in Africa occupying but fell in the world ranking from 19th to 28th.

Cape Verde is second (33) Algeria is third (36 in the world), Ghana is fourth  (41) while Senegal is fifth.

Tunisia, Congo, Egypt, Congo DR, Guinea, Cameroun are all above Nigeria.

Belgium, Argentina, Spain, Germany and Chile are the top five teams in the world.
