Agency urges road users to obey traffic rules during festive period

Mr Boboye Oyeyemi, the Marshal of the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC), is urging road users to obey traffic rules during this festive period.

This plea was made in a statement by the Head of Media Relations and Strategy, Mr Bisi Kazeem, after Mr Oyeyemi reviewed the operational strategies of the Enugu sector.

This statement revealed that the marshal commended the Enugu sector for efforts made to maintain a traffic-free Yuletide period.

"The corps marshal also commended staff of the sector for their commitment to duty, adding that the management would continue to enunciate policies that could adequately address staff welfare."

David Mendie, the Sector Commander of FRSC, Enugu, responded to these compliments by announcing that his sector would ensure that residents have a traffic-free and trouble-free state.
