A Federal High Court in Lagos today, July 1, 2015, cleared former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode of fraud charges levelled against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

Presiding judge, Justice Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia, in dismissing the charges, held that the prosecution’s case was “feeble”.
Following the verdict, Fani-Kayode announced that he would be changing his name to ‘Olukayode’ to show his gratitude to God.
