The awards can't stop coming for Chelsea forward, Eden Hazard who has been named the Barclays Player of the Year award.

After this season's heroics, Hazard has picked Player of the Year awards from the undefinedand undefined.
The Belgian played in all of Chelsea's 37 league games, scoring 14 goals as the club won their first EPL title in five years.
His coach, Jose Mourinho was named the Manager of the Year after there were both voted for by a Barclays panel that included former players and journalists.
Hazard beat the likes of Chelsea team-mates John Terry, Cesc Fabregas and Nemanja Matic, Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero, Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea, Tottenham striker Harry Kane and Arsenal forward, Alexis Sanchez.
