Dr. Pimple Popper Extracts a 'Spiteful' Mouth Cyst in Her Newest YouTube Video

If this arm cyst extraction deserves a spot in the hall of fame, then Dr. Pimple Popper's latest cyst video deserves a spot in the hall of extreme frustration.

Seriously, this one is sooo tough to get through. In a new YouTube video posted Wednesday, dermatologist and TLC star Dr. Sandra Lee, MD (aka Dr. Pimple Popper) wrestles a "spiteful" cyst out of its hidey hole beside a patient's mouth.

It starts off satisfyingly enough, if not a little bloody. Lee makes her usual incision, then squeezes out a nice little clump of pus.

And then...the frustration. Lee tries her darnedest to get the rest of the cyst out, all while keeping the incision as small as possible. This is no easy feat, my friends! At one point, Lee even reaches into the person's mouth and presses on the cyst from the inside, in an attempt to force out its contents. Finally, Lee stitches things up.

"Dr. Lee the cyst whisperer....does it again," one commenter wrote. "Nice clean pop and small incision. Win win!"
