This meatloaf recipe is the perfect breakfast option
We cannot overemphasise the fact that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and to star the day right it's important to have the right meal with an adequate balance of nutrients.
This meatloaf recipe combines a mix of eggs, ketchup, milk, beef, onions and more for a truly balance breakfast.

What you need:
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs
1/4cup finely chopped onion
1lb. lean ground beef
Directions:
Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients; mix well. Press mixture in ungreased 8x4-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
Remove meatloaf from oven. Spread 1/4 cup ketchup evenly over top. Return to oven; bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 160°F. and beef is thoroughly cooked. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
