What you need:

  • ½ peeled and chopped cucumber
  • 1 measure elderflower cordial
  • 4 measures gin
  • 2 measures pressed apple juice
  • Ice cubes

Directions:

  • Muddle the cucumber in the bottom of a cocktail shaker with the elderflower cordial.
  • Add the gin, apple juice, and some ice cubes.
  • Shake and double-strain into 2 chilled martini glasses, decorate with peeled cucumber slices, and serve.
