Real Madrid forward is the cover star of FIFA 18

Ronaldo on Saturday, June 3 netted a brace in Real Madrid’s 4-1 win over .

The FIFA 18 will be released on September 29, 2017.

Along with the release of the new edition, a special 'Ronaldo edition' of the game will also be unveiled.

“It is a real pleasure to be on the cover of FIFA 18, It's a great feeling and I am grateful to have been chosen,” the 32-year-old said.

To create the special Ronaldo edition’ EA used a mobile motion capture studio to Madrid where they analysed his technique on the field,  acceleration, running style, skills and technique when shooting a ball.

Ronaldo’s replica trademark styles are seen in the trailer which has been released ahead of the unveiling of the game.

People who pre-order the special editions of the game will also be given access to Ronaldo on FIFA Ultimate Team as part of a five-game loan and a three-day of early access to the new edition prior to the launch.
