Oguchi joined Mexican side Soles de Mexicali in August 2016 and leaves just seven months after to France.

The duration of the deal has not been revealed.

The Houston-born guard kicked off his career playing the Illinois State Redbirds in 2007 before moving to France to play for STB Le Havre.

He played in the NBA D-League for the Philippine Basketball Association, the Lebanese League, the West Asian League and the Venezuelan League.

He also had stints in Russia and Spain.

Oguchi has also been a member of the senior men's Nigerian national basketball team since 2009.

He was the top scorer as Nigeria won their first Afrobasket title in 2015 but missed out on the 2016 Rio Olympics due to an injury.

He is however expected to be in Will Voigt squad for the 2017 FIBA AfroBasket championship in Congo, Brazzaville.
