Matt LeBlanc to sell Spanish-Style Villa for $8.75M [PHOTO]

According to Realtor.com, the "Friends" actor has listed his 1930s property for $8. 75M.

Features of the 4,000-square-foot property include four bedrooms, four bathrooms, beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, ironwork, a remodeled kitchen, adjacent family room, step-down living room, and flat yard.

The actor bought this villa in 2007 for $7.4 million.

Variety reports that he has been leasing it out for almost $13,000, per month, since 2012.
