French government to invest €130 million in Nigeria

The government of France is set to invest €130 million in Nigeria, French President, François Hollande has disclosed.

The French president made the disclosure on Monday, September 14, 2015, during a meeting with Nigerian counterpart, Muhammadu Buhari.
“The Nigerian economy remains strong so, France wants to be doing business in the country,” Hollande said.
“We provide all of the support to the countries in the region which are affected by this cult and in Nigeria, we want to provide support and solidarity,” he added while speaking about Boko Haram.
Buhari is in France for a three-day working visit and also met with leading French businessmen and the Nigerian community.
