The Nigerian Army has recaptured Gamboru Ngala in Borno State from terrorist sect, Boko Haram.

“The triumphant troops are now busy with clearing and mopping up patrols,” Usman said.

The news was also shared via the Army’s official Twitter handle.

Gamboru Ngala had been conquered by Boko Haram in March 2015 after it was left unguarded by troops following an initial victory.
