The charge stems from Ackquille Pollard (Shmurda's real names), allegedly fired a gun at a crowd of people near a barber shop.

Bobby Shmurda and 14 others from his rap clique GS9 are still facing charges for gun possession, murder, and conspiracy.

Contrary to rumours Bobby Shmurda is still in Rikers Island, a correctional facility in New York with a $2m bail.

He is set for his upcoming trail date later this month.
