Arsenal manager wins Barclays Premier League Manager of the Month award for March

Its an Arsenal double as manager Arsene Wenger has been named the Barclays Premier League Manager of the Month for March.

His striker Oliver Giroud picked and Arsene Wenger has joined his French compatriot by winning the managers' corresponding award.

The boss led Arsenal to four successive Premier League victories in March to win the award for the 14th time and move the club to third in the table.

The Gunners are now only a point behind second-placed Manchester City with eight games remaining.

Arsenal host Liverpool in the early Premier League game on Saturday knowing another victory would move them nine points ahead of Brendan Rodgers' side and above City, who play Crystal Palace on Monday.
