Arsenal manager threatens to walk out of press conference because of Jose Mourinho
Following his side’s 2-3 midweek home defeat to Olympiacos in the UEFAChampionsLeague, Arsenal manager, ArseneWenger was not ready for any unwanted question from the media, threatening to walk out of a press conference after he asked about JoseMourinho.
Ospina was responsible for Olympiacos’ second goal of the night and had a horrible outing in the game.
Wenger however defended his decision to pick the Colombian ahead of Petr Cech in the game insisting that are world class and that he feels comfortable selecting either goalkeeper.
“In this country, only one manager is not under pressure,” Mourinho said last week.
“Every other manager is. I am under pressure, Steve (McClaren) is under pressure, (Manuel) Pellegrini is under pressure, Brendan (Rodgers) too.
“There is one outside that list, but good for him.
“You know who. The one who can speak about the referees before the game, after the game, can push people in the technical area, can moan, can cry in the morning in the afternoon, nothing happens.
'He can not achieve; keep his job, still be the king. I say just one.”
When he was asked about Mourinho’s jibe, Wenger said: “Stop that story or we stop the press conference.”
