Two Serbian basketball players, Predrag Stojaković and Nikola Jokić, have made the list. The legendary Sacramento Kings star, who won his sole championship ring late in his career with the Dallas Mavericks, secured the 11th spot, while today's top basketball player landed at 26th.

What did Bleacher Report say about Stojaković?

Less than a decade after Petrović's passing, Croatia gifted us another laser-accurate long-range shooter in Peja Stojaković. This time, he stood at 6 feet 10 inches.

Thanks to his height and a unique, slightly angled shooting motion that culminated in a very high release point above his head, Peja was another shooter who was nearly impossible to guard.

He was a nightmare even when moving without the ball. Peja could receive the ball from any direction and immediately shoot with deadly precision. The time from catch to release was almost imperceptible.

Stojaković's shot was so dangerous that in the 2003-2004 season, averaging 6.3 rebounds and 2.1 assists, he finished fourth in MVP voting, and no one found it unusual.

His impact, particularly the significance of his primary skill, was crucial for winning.

What did Bleacher Report say about Jokić?

Nikola Jokić isn't primarily a three-point shooter, although he's been above average from that distance throughout his career. However, statistics show he's one of the best mid-range and floater shooters of all time.

Since the 1996-1997 season, when this statistic began to be tracked, Jokić has made 3,164 shots from between three feet and 16 feet from the rim. This places him eighth in that period, but that's not the most impressive part.

Among the other 99 players in the top 100, the average shooting percentage from that zone is 43.5 percent. Jokić's is 56.8 percent.

That's a huge difference, but it probably won't surprise those who have frequently watched the Denver Nuggets over the years. Whenever Jokić executes his signature floater from the paint or pulls the ball back for a Larry Bird-esque mid-range shot, you almost instinctively expect the ball to swish through the net.
