West Ham Midfielder recalled to Cameroon squad

Song has not played for the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon since their poor 2014 World Cup campaign in Brazil.

In his last game for Cameroon, the former Arsenal midfielder was sent off after a violent elbow on Croatia's Mario Mandzukic off the ball during their Group A defeat in Manaus.

He announced his retirement last year but has surprisingly being been called up by new coach Hugo Broos.

The qualifier against South Africa takes place on 26 March at the Limbe Omnisport Stadium.

Cameroon are currently top of Group M with maximum points from their first two games.
