Iwobi has been ruled out for four weeks due to an injury sustained in Arsenal’s opening day defeat to Liverpool.
The forward last year broke into the Arsenal team and is expected to be a major part of Arsene Wenger’s side this seasons.
He started from the left in Arsenal’s 2016 /17 Premier League opening day defeat to Liverpool and assisted Gunners’ first goal.
The 20-year-old, however, got injured and was taken off for Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in the 59th minute.
He has now been ruled out for four weeks which means he will miss Arsenal's league games against Leicester City and Watford before the international break when Nigeria will play Tanzania.
The game which is the first for new Technical Adviser of the Super Eagles, Gernot Rohr is a dead rubber game as Nigeria have already crashed out of the race to 2017 AFCON.
