Dakingari, an in-law to late President, Umaru Yar’adua, arrived at the EFCC headquarters in Abuja today, October 19, 2015.

The former governor, a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), is alleged to have committed fraud to the tune of N3.8 billion during his 2007- 2015 tenure.

Dakingari’s wife, Zainab, who is Yar’adua’s daughter, was earlier invited by the EFCC in July after she was accused of laundering N2 billion for her husband.

The PDP has accused President Muhammadu Buhari of being selective in his war against corruption saying that only its members are being targeted.
