The Nuggets started the game poorly, finishing the first quarter with a double-digit deficit (23:33). However, everything turned around in the subsequent quarters.
"We played better defense, hit some shots, Murray is an incredible player, he was fouled a lot. In the first quarter, we missed many shots, we played well, they played with rhythm, I thought the second quarter would be better. We especially saw that in the second half, where we were superior." - David Adelman
Jamal Murray was the most efficient player for the winning team, scoring 30 points.

"He carries a lot of responsibility on the court, especially when he's guarded by multiple players. He works hard; McDaniels, Dosunmu, and Edwards were guarding him, which is a challenge. He mentally battled through it and hit his shots, had some crucial buckets. You can see how strong he is because he made several free throws. He's been great all year." - David Adelman
The Nuggets converted 30 out of 33 free throws attempted.
"Yes, we took everything they gave us. You have to attack the paint, and we have to capitalize on every opportunity. Jokic is a patient player, and then the others played off him; you have to adapt to everything. We managed to create open shots for ourselves." - David Adelman
Alongside the aforementioned Murray, Nikola Jokic also shined, recording another triple-double.
"I think all the players are patient, just looking for good shots. They combined for 18 assists; we found a way to win, mostly thanks to Murray and Jokic." - David Adelman
