China’s foreign minister, Wang Yi has condemned the recent comments made by US President, Barack Obama on corruption in Africa.
China tells US President to mind his business over corruption in Africa
Wang said, while speaking in Liberia, that Africans did not want a foreigner to judge them and that they could decide for themselves if their leaders were corrupt or not.

Obama had spoken out against corruption during his visits to Kenya and Ethiopia as part of his African tour in July 2015.
According to BBC, Wang said further that all Africans expect foreign countries to do is help them get enough food, jobs and houses, as China was doing.
Obama had also condemned African leaders for refusing to leave office saying that the trend encourages corruption.
