Online marketplace launches new "Buy Now" feature

The service is called "Buy Now" and will ensure that items purchased on the Efritin site are delivered within 48 hours, cutting down issues of convenience and hassles.

“This service has been introduced to ease the safety and convenience issues around online classifieds transactions in the country. What this means now is that no matter your location, you can buy any item from the variety of ads listed on the site and it will be delivered to your doorstep within 24 hours,” said Efritin in a press statement.

The "Buy Now" button will appear on selected ads and buyers can click on it and fill out a form. Efritin will then contact the seller and deliver the product within 48 hours.

Buyers have the option of inspecting the products they want to buy before paying for them. If the customer happens to be unsatisfied, they can choose to return it and Efritin will cover the cost, Techloy reports.

The "Buy Now" button will be available in categories such as clothing, electronics, fashion & beauty products, home appliances, and mobile phones.

Efritin was launched in Nigeria in 2015 and has quickly risen to become one of the most prominent online marketplaces.
