I joined APC so I can help Ndigbo – Ex-Governor says

According to Kalu, he decamped to the ruling party, so he can address the issue of marginalisation against people of the South-East.

Kalu also said that Igbos will give President Buhari 70% of the voteshe needs to win the presidential election in 2019.

According to Daily Post, the former Governor said “I joined the APC to encourage president Buhari to run, again, and we are going to use his regime to correct the injustice meted to Ndigbo and also, fight for the oneness of the country.

“I didn’t join the APC to go and look at the rock in Abuja; I joined the APC to use it for the benefit of Igbo and Nigeria at large.”

Marginalisation

Addressing the issue of marginalisation against Igbos, Kalu said that the issue started after the civil war.

He also said that the issue is not something the President can sort out in four years.

Orji Kalu had earlier said that he will force President Buhari to run for a second term in 2019.
