'My commonsense advise for Buhari's cabinet' Ben Murray-Bruce

Senator representing Bayelsa East Senatorial district at the National Assembly, Ben Murray-Bruce took twitter toadvise PresidentMuhammadu buhari on how to manage his cabinet.

He said that the only way the president can get full commitment from his ministers is, if they are invested in the sector they administer. For example the minister of health will be banned from seeking health care outside the country.
