Court grants N20,000 bail to man who stole N5,000 bicycle parts
The court heard that the accused stole bicycle parts worth N5,000, belonging to his landlord simply known as Lateef.

The Magistrate, Mr Olalekan Ijiyode, granted Abalo, facing one-count charge of theft, bail with one surety in like sum.
Ijiyode said the surety must swear to affidavit of means, be a civil servant of any grade level or blood relation who resides within the court’s jurisdiction.
The magistrate added that Abalo and the surety must present two recent passport photographs each to the court as he adjourned the case until November 29 for mention.
The defendant had, however, pleaded not guilty.
Earlier, the Prosecutor, Insp. Emmanuel Abdullahi, told the court that Abalo committed the offence on October 29 at about 1 p.m. at Yekemi village via Ile-Ife, Osun.
Abdullahi said the accused stole bicycle parts worth N5,000, belonging to his landlord simply known as Lateef.
He said the offence contravened Section 390 (9) of the Criminal Code, Law of Osun, 2002.
