VP meets Saraki, Dogara over Buhari’s $30bn loan request
Saraki, the Senate President and Dogara, the House of Representatives Speaker, arrived at Osinbajo’s office at about 2pm, reports say.

Buhari had urged the National Assembly to grant a $30bn foreign loan request to ensure adequate funding of the 2016 budget.
The request, which has been severely criticized by prominent citizens, was rejected by the Assembly.
