The Southwest State has streamlined the Osun Internal Revenue Service, OIRS.
The State says it is reforming the organizational structure of the OIRS for optimum performance.
OIRS had deployed innovative solutions in its tax collection process through the leadership of tax administrator, Mr. Oludayo Oyebamiji.
However, following the recent resignation of Mr. Oyebamiji from the service, the State government has appointed a tax consultant, Mr. Bicci Alli, as acting head of OIRS.
Alli holds qualifications in Business Administration, Accounting and Taxation.
He is a fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered institute of Taxation of Nigeria, CITN.
Alli previously worked in the Lagos State Internal Revenue Service, LIRS.
He is said to have successfully managed assigned revenue generating units and directorates within the service in Nigeria's commercial capital, while contributing enormously to the monumental growth in Lagos State tax payers’ base.
