3 kidnapped pastors found in a forest, 1 dead

The pastors were found in a forest close to Dutse after Sabon Gaya.

The General Secretary of Haddiyar Ekklesiya Kristi A Nigeria (HEKAN) church, Reverend Jibrailu Wobiya, disclosed this on Thursday, March 31, 2016.

He said the two pastors alive, Reverend Emmanuel Dziggau, Reverend Yakubu Dzarma and the one dead, Reverend Iliya Anto, were found in a forest close to Dutse after Sabon Gaya.

Pulse recalls that unknown gunmen had on Monday, March 21, stormed the church prayer camp along Kaduna-Abuja highway, and kidnapped the three men of God who were supervising work in preparation for Easter retreat.

Their abductors had demanded N100 million ransom but it was unclear if any money was paid before the clergy men were recovered.
