Former NSA challenges FG over request for secret trial

Joseph Daudu, lawyer to the former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki has challenged the Federal Government’s request for a secret trial.

According to The Nation Newspapers, Daudu said the information of all the prosecution witnesses have already been made public.

The Federal Government, through the prosecution lawyer, Shauibu Labaran, sought for permission from Justice Ademola Adeniyi, of the Federal High Court Six Abuja, to make the former NSA’s trial secret.

Also, the Federal Government added a new money laundering charge to the existing charge against Dasuki.
