Located in Toluca Lake, a wealthy area outside Los Angeles, the property has a lot of amazing features.

These include a huge pool, large kitchen, spacious closets and beautiful wood floors.

Trainor's new property was previously owned by Megan Fox and husband, Brian Austin.

They bought the place in 2014 for $3.35M and sold it off in December, 2015, for $2.6M.
