The video starts with a photo montage of the blemishesone under the patient's eye, one on her neck, and one on her armthat include some milia and some blackheads (a.k.a open comedones for those who have mastered the lingo).
"Dream a little dream of milia and comedone" the text on the video says, which could be the name of Dr. P's first hit singleon the Popaholics music chart at least. The real action begins with Dr. P using a scalpel to loosen the edges of two blackheads. She then switches to her trusty extractor to start working the blackheads (and the junk it's hiding underneath) out of the pores.
After a couple scrapes and swipes, the blemishes have both disappeared, and Dr. P shows off the off-white gunk that she was able to remove.
"Need a medley in your life? Here are some blackheads, milia and more! " Dr. P captioned the video.
Viewers, of course, were singing her praises.
"I love when they stretch out!!" wrote one fan.
"Man I wish this was something I could do as a side gig just for fun " wrote another.
