You can make consuming this fruit even more interesting by transforming it into a frozen margarita!
What you need:

- 3 - 4 cups of cubed watermelon
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 8 ounces tequila
- 5 ounces Triple Sec
- Lime juice (use two limes for this)
- Lime wedge
Directions:
- Put watermelon and sugar in a blender. Blend until it is smooth.
- Pour out the blended puree into a jug using a strainer.
- Add tequila, triple sec and lime juice to jug, stir.
- Place sugar in a side plate.
- Rub the rims of the drinking glass with lime wedge.
- Spin rim of the glass in sugar.
- Pour watermelon margarita into glass.
- Garnish with lime wedge.
This can also be made a virgin cocktail, when making it, you have the option of not adding the tequila and triple sec.
