#WorldDiabetesday- Diabetes present early signs but because they appear 'unimportant' they tend to slip away making the autoimmune disease come with grave health implications

Type 1 & Type 2 Diabetes are extremely common and though they present signs from the onset but because a lot of people don't pay attention they tend to think the signs crept up on them suddenly.

Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune disease that has absolutely nothing to do with lifestyleor diet. Here the pancreas stops producing insulin (the hormone that allows the body get energy from food eaten).

With Type 2 diabetes, the body doesn’t use up insulin as it should (Insulin Resistance), this makes the pancreas produce extra insulin, overworking it overtime till it's unable to keep up! Type 2 Diabetes come with serious health complications, meaning early treatment for diabetes is very important.
