KFC criticised for deceiving customers with attractive food advert
A fast-food customer was so angry with his KFC rice box because it looked nothing like the one that was advertised.
The image was set next to an advert by KFC which clearly shows the two look nothing alike.
The £4.49 (1,500 Naira) meal looked less than appetising and appeared to be covered in a white coloured slop.
Twitter users also voiced out their dissatisfaction with the new product.
User Tommy wrote: 'The KFC ricebox looks nothing like the one they show you on the advert btw'.
Another user Rachel posted: 'I tried the rice box from kfc last night it was terrible.'
This isn't the first time a big food brand has been accused of peddling a product which looks nothing like the ones advertised.
Photographer Dario D did a professional standard photo shoot to show how the food sold over the counter does not matched up to the promised product.
Dario D embarked on the project following: 'a lifetime of disappointment, bafflement, and rage', over how the food are always terrible and they never meet the expectations of the consumers.
