Little Freya born prematurely, reassures her parents and indeed the world, that there is always a reason to smile.
Five days after her birth, little Freya gifted her parents with the best gift that did a perfect job of healing their broken hearts. She smiled!
The photo of that adorable smile has been shared thousands of times as people speculate the reason for the smile.
Some are convinced that little Freya is just happy to be alive, while others believe that she mustered that smile as a reassurance for her parents who were worried sick, as she could sense their fears.
And boy does Freya make that toothless grin count!
Freya's mum, Laurie, shared adorable snap on Facebook, garnering responses from parents all over the world, as they share their own experiences with premature babies and childbirths.
