Image believed to be Jesus Christ appears above Colombian city

The residents of a Colombian city have been thrown into a frenzy following the appearance of the image of Jesus Christ.

The image of Jesus Christ on the Colombian city has elicited happy feelings

The locals were thrown into a frenzy when the image appeared at the city that was ravaged by the landslide and rushed to film it, describing the appearance as God miraculously coming to soothe them over the tragic incident.

17 people were reportedly killed following a month's rainfall resulting in landslides. But after normalcy was returned to the town, the residents were shocked to witness the image which they believed was that of the son of God on the mountain Sancancio which they said was a comfort for those who lost their homes and loved ones in the disaster.

A video made of the image had a man screaming with delight in the background:

"Oh, my God, my blessed God, come here to see the misery. Look at this, look at this, blessing God. Glory to the Lord. Do you see the Lord there, standing up?"

The natural disaster that led to the death of the locals and the destruction of many homes in the city was described by the government as the second deadly landslide in the country in the past one month.
