Controversial Lady Beaten Blue-Black By Sister

This is not the best of times for controversial daughter of Victor Omololu-Olunloyo, the former of governor of Oyo State, Kemi Omololu-Olunloyo, as she was allegedly beaten to a pulp by her sister few days ago. So much was the reported beating that, according to her publicist, Zoie Roberts, Kemi suffered concussion, bodily injuries as well as temporary loss of hearing.

The incident which took place in her Agodi residence in Ibadan, the capital of the state, was carried out by her own younger sister who is the Special Assistant to the Oyo State governor on Education, Ms. Funke Olunloyo and her son, Fifehan, Kemi's nephew, According to Zoie Roberts, Funke was angry with Kemi for trying to bring the Oyo State chapter of the All Progressive Party, APC, to disrepute.

While the beating was going on, Zoie continued in a press statement, Kemi's mother and cousin, as well as other family members and passers-by, looked on and even cheered Ms Funke, apparently bitter at the way Kemi has been carrying on, dragging the name of the family into disrepute with her actions, comments and attitude.

Funke, herself a divorcee and mother of four, was said to have brutally beaten her sister in company with her 15 year old son, who allegedly hit his aunt on the head with a huge flower pot, leading to the concussion.

The statement added:

Her mother, former Oyo State First Lady, Mrs. Funlayo Olunloyo, was also seen kicking Kemi in the head along with her grandson and daughter Funke.

Mrs. Funlayo Olunloyo was heard cheering them on and was saying ‘Good, she’s dead, let her die’, as Kemi lay motionless with internal head injuries.

Kemi suffered head injuries, knee bruises, a huge cut on her toe. She is slowly recovering from the Wednesday attack with internal head injuries and thanks to her fans, colleagues and partners for all the kind wishes.

Zoie Roberts also took to twitter to narrate the account of the brutality meted out to Kemi Olunloyo.
