Pulse reported the unfortunate incident that had claimed the life of a PHCN official as he worked to fix the light at Kogberegbe Street, Isolo, Lagos State.

The reports revealed that he had been working on fixing the light and as of 2pm yesterday afternoon, his dead body had still been hanging from the pole.

A colleague of his who had climbed up to help bring the dead man down, ended up getting electrocuted to death.
